Pathways Home is the in home support division of Pathways of Care Consulting, created to ensure Manitobans have access to personalized, professional, and reliable care in the place they feel safest—their own home. We provide clarity, coordination, and hands on support that strengthens families, complements public programs, and enhances quality of life.

Founded by Kimberly Olver, BN, Registered Nurse and Eldercare Planner of Manitoba, Pathways Home is built on more than two decades of lived caregiving experience and clinical expertise navigating home care, assisted living, long term care, and complex system transitions. Our work is grounded in dignity, autonomy, and evidence based practice.

I am Kimberly Olver, BN, Registered Nurse and Eldercare Planner of Manitoba. For more than 20 years, I have supported seniors and families through the complexities of home care, assisted living, long term care, cognitive change, and system navigation. My work is grounded in dignity, autonomy, and evidence based practice — ensuring families receive guidance they can trust and care that honours the person.

I created Pathways Home to fill a critical gap in Manitoba's care landscape: the need for coordinated, individualized in home support that complements public programs while strengthening families.

Aging is not a crisis. It is a journey — one that requires clarity, compassion, and coordinated support.
